Withdrawal Conditions
The account must be fully verified before applying for a withdrawal. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. qu9 may request additional information to verify withdrawals if deemed necessary.

Currency

Bonuses and Promotions
Welcome bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive this bonus.
Wagering Requirement: The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the total (deposit + bonus) amount. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus; you must wager 15 times the total of ৳2,500, which equals ৳37,500, before withdrawing.
General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses are applicable once only and are non-transferable.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time (unless explicitly stated).
- Bonuses have a specific validity period; once expired, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
- Placing bonus bets on prohibited games will not count toward wagering requirements.
- qu9 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion.

VIP Program
qu9's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. A weekly cashback is offered at each tier:
- Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
You can advance to a higher VIP tier based on regular play. VIP benefits apply to active members only.
Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
qu9 is committed to ensuring a safe and fair gaming environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on this platform:
- Any form of cheating, fraud or system hacking.
- Placing bets using bots or automated software.
- Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
